NIGHT|VISIBLE™ Beacon v2 — Reflective Safety Marker (Compass Design)
Product Description
Coming soon. The NightVisible™ Beacon v2 is an evolution of the original design, featuring a four-arm compass geometry engineered for stronger directional structure and improved centroid clarity at night.
By combining bold cardinal arms with a central void and continuous outer ring, Beacon v2 emphasizes edge contrast and geometric stability—key factors in low-light perception and machine-vision detection. Like v1, it is laser-cut from SOLAS-grade reflective material and designed to perform as a passive reflective product.
Material & Visibility
SOLAS-Grade Retroreflective Material
Night|Visible beacons are made using the same class of retroreflective material specified for marine safety, survival equipment, and extreme low-light environments.
This material is designed to return light directly back to its source — making it highly visible when illuminated by headlights, flashlights, or searchlights.
Compared to standard engineer-grade reflective materials, SOLAS-grade reflectives deliver an order-of-magnitude increase in brightness, particularly at distance and at off-axis viewing angles.
These materials are commonly used on life-saving equipment, jackets, and vehicles where visibility is critical in darkness, bad weather, and adverse conditions.
